Campaign caps can die mid-book
CRM campaign caps fill. Filled ÷ cap is exhaust %. Type cap and filled.
Pair: Campaign volume cap on Subscriptions. Network day: lead-cap exhaustion. Affiliate leftover: offer cap leftover.
What you type
Cap — written campaign volume cap (CRM).
Filled — filled attempts against that cap in the same window.
Exhaust % = filled ÷ cap × 100. Leftover = cap − filled. Raise or split the campaign when leftover is gone — do not invent an exhaust chip.
What not to do
Do not invent exhaust %. Do not mix all-campaign fills into one cap. Do not treat gateway declines as filled. Do not average every campaign when one owns the hole.
Related: Subscriptions, lead-cap exhaustion, offer cap leftover, gateway attempt skew.
