Encapsulation reject is not yield loss
Encapsulation rejects ÷ batch units make reject %. Type both.
Pair: Encapsulation reject rate on Stock. Yield: yield loss rate. CoA: CoA lot mismatch.
What you type
Encapsulation rejects — units rejected at encapsulation / fill QA.
Batch units — units in that same encapsulation batch.
Reject % = encapsulation rejects ÷ batch units × 100. Fix fill specs when reject % is fat — do not invent a reject chip.
What not to do
Do not invent reject %. Do not mix microbial holds into encapsulation rejects. Do not treat label-claim holds as rejects. Do not average every SKU when one owns the hole.
Related: Stock, yield loss rate, CoA lot mismatch, microbial hold, raw lead slip.

- Read reject %.
- Fix fill specs when reject % is material.
