ShipBob quote-skip is not ShipMonk carrier-shop skip
Divide quote skips by ShipBob shipments in one FC cut. That ratio is SB quote-skip %. Two fields only — no fee $/miss.
Pair: Rate-shop miss on Stock. ShipMonk twin: carrier-shop skip. ShipWorks twin: rate-shop miss.
What you type
Rate-shop misses — ShipBob shipments that skipped / missed the carrier quote shop in the FC cut.
Shipments — ShipBob shipments in that same FC cut.
SB quote-skip % = rate-shop misses ÷ shipments × 100. Fat SB quote-skip % usually means a default carrier override — chase that path; never invent an SB quote-skip chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing SB quote-skip %. Skip pasting a ShipMonk or ShipWorks rate-shop file into ShipBob fields. Skip folding pick-to-ship lag into quote skips. Skip averaging every FC when one site owns the hole.
