ShipMonk late-ship is not Fullstack on-time miss
Divide late shipments by shipments in one ShipMonk ship cut. That ratio is SM late-ship %.
Pair: On-time ship miss on Stock. Fullstack twin: on-time miss. Lag twin: pick-to-ship.
What you type
Late shipments — ShipMonk shipments that missed the promised ship clock in the cut.
Shipments — Shipments in that same ShipMonk ship cut.
SM late-ship % = late shipments ÷ shipments × 100. Fat SM late-ship % usually means pick / pack / carrier SLA — chase that station; never invent an SM late-ship chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing SM late-ship %. Skip dumping a Fullstack late-ship/order file into ShipMonk shipment fields. Skip folding pick-to-ship lag hours into late-ship counts. Skip blending nodes when one warehouse owns the late pile.
Related: Stock, on-time miss, pick-to-ship, backorder rate.
