ShipMonk ASN-to-pickable days
Pull one ShipMonk ASN cut. Take pickable day. Subtract ASN receipt day. That gap is SM receipt-available lag days. Keep units on the cut so volume stays honest.
Pair: Receipt-to-available lag on Stock. FC twin: ShipBob receipt-available. Bin twin: dock-to-putaway.
ASN math
ASN receipt day — Day ShipMonk booked the inbound ASN at receiving.
Pickable day — Day those units flipped sellable / ads-available.
Units — ShipMonk units on that ASN-to-pickable cut.
SM receipt-available lag days = pickable day − ASN receipt day. Climbing SM receipt-available lag days means staff receiving/QA on that ASN before you buy more inbound — leave blank chips alone.
Guardrails
Do not invent SM receipt-available lag days. Do not dump dock-to-putaway exports into ASN/pickable boxes. Do not treat pick-to-ship hours as ASN-to-pickable days. Do not blend ASNs when one ShipMonk building owns the inbound pile.

FAQ
- Is this ShipBob receipt-to-available lag?
- ShipMonk ASN cut vs ShipBob FC cut. [Receipt-to-available lag](/manuals/shipbob-receipt-to-available-lag) stays on ShipBob. ASN / pickable totals never leave ShipMonk here.
- Is this ShipMonk dock-to-putaway lag?
- Pickable/sellable day vs bin/putaway day. [Dock-to-putaway lag](/manuals/shipmonk-dock-to-putaway-lag) aligns putaway against dock. Here you align pickable against ASN receipt.
- What SM receipt-available lag days should I invent?
- None. Source ASN receipt day, pickable day, and units from the same ShipMonk ASN cut.
