ShipMonk aisle-miss is not ShipBob bin-miss
Divide aisle misses by picks on one ShipMonk FC window. That quotient × 100 is SM aisle-miss %.
Pair: Slotting miss rate on Stock. ShipBob sibling: bin-miss. Box sibling: cartonization.
What you type
Slotting misses — ShipMonk picks that hit the wrong aisle / slot on the FC window.
Picks — Picks attempted in that same ShipMonk FC window.
SM aisle-miss % = misses ÷ picks × 100. A fat SM aisle-miss % usually means aisle map drift — chase that FC seat; never invent an SM aisle-miss chip.
What not to do
Never invent SM aisle-miss %. Never dump a ShipBob bin-miss or Fullstack slotting-miss file into ShipMonk aisle fields. Never fold cartonization or on-time miss into aisle misses. Never blend nodes when one FC owns the miss pile.
