Unmatched OI ÷ OI inquiries make unmatched %. Type both.
Pair: OI-unmatched share on Chargebacks. Miss: OI response miss rate. Ethoca match: order-match miss rate.
What you type
Unmatched OI — OI inquiries that did not match an order in the Verifi window.
OI inquiries — OI inquiries in that same Verifi window.
Unmatched % = unmatched OI ÷ OI inquiries × 100. Fix order keys / descriptor match when unmatched % is fat — do not invent an unmatched chip.
What not to do
Do not invent unmatched %. Do not mix unanswered OI into unmatched counts. Do not treat Ethoca order-match miss as Verifi OI unmatched. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
