Moisture fail is not fill-weight fail
Moisture fails ÷ batches make fail %. Type both.
Pair: Moisture-fail rate on Stock. Fill weight: fill-weight fail rate. Particle size: particle-size fail rate.
What you type
Moisture fails — Batches that failed the Vitaquest moisture / LOD spec in the window.
Batches — Batches tested in that same Vitaquest window.
Fail % = moisture fails ÷ batches × 100. Fix dryers / humidity holds when fail % is fat — do not invent a fail chip.
What not to do
Do not invent fail %. Do not fold fill-weight fails into moisture counts. Do not treat particle-size sieve fails as moisture. Do not average every SKU when one lot owns the hole.
