Canvas exit is not step drop

How to run thisSubscriptions3 steps
CalculatorCanvas exit rate · Calculator lives in the articleOpen

Entries and exits make exit %. Exit % = exits ÷ entries × 100. Type both.

Pair: Canvas exit rate on Subscriptions. Step grain: Canvas step drop. Fatigue: channel fatigue cost.

What you type

Entries — users who entered that Canvas in the window.

Exits — users who left / exited that Canvas before the end path (Braze exit events).

Exit % = exits ÷ entries × 100. Fix exit criteria or messaging when exit % is fat — do not invent an exit chip.

What not to do

Do not invent exit %. Do not mix one-step drop into full-journey exits. Do not treat unsubs as Canvas completions. Do not average every Canvas when one owns the hole.
