Bounce rate is not Canvas exit
Bounces ÷ sends make bounce %. Type both.

What you type
Bounces — hard + soft bounces counted in the Braze window.
Sends — messages attempted in that same window.
Bounce % = bounces ÷ sends × 100. Fix list hygiene / ESP when bounce % is fat — do not invent a bounce chip.
What not to do
Do not invent bounce %. Do not mix unsubs into bounces. Do not treat Canvas exits as bounces. Do not average every canvas when one owns the hole.
