Fullstack bin-drift is not ShipBob count-delta
Divide absolute bin-drift units by units counted on one Fullstack count cut. That ratio is FS bin-drift %.
Pair: Cycle-count variance on Stock. ShipBob twin: count-delta. Slot twin: slotting miss.
What you type
Cycle-count variance units — Absolute unit gap between Fullstack campus cycle count and the count sheet in the cut.
Units counted — Units counted on that same Fullstack count cut.
FS bin-drift % = cycle-count variance units ÷ units counted × 100. Fat FS bin-drift % usually means bin / slot drift or ghost inventory — chase that campus bin; never invent an FS bin-drift chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing FS bin-drift %. Skip pasting a ShipBob or ShipMonk count file into Fullstack campus bins. Skip folding slotting misses into count-delta. Skip blending SKUs when one bin owns the hole.

Procedure
- Type cycle-count variance units and units counted.
- Read FS bin-drift %.
- Chase bin / slot drift when FS bin-drift % is material.
Failure modes
- Inventing FS bin-drift %.
- Pasting a ShipBob or ShipMonk count file into Fullstack campus bins.
- Folding slotting misses into count-delta units.

FAQ
- Is this ShipBob cycle-count variance?
- Different 3PL book. [Cycle-count variance](/manuals/shipbob-cycle-count-variance) divides ShipBob count-delta by units counted. Here you only divide Fullstack campus bin-drift by units counted.
- Is this Fullstack slotting-miss rate?
- Sibling Fullstack door on slots, not counts. [Slotting miss rate](/manuals/fullstack-slotting-miss-rate) is slotting misses ÷ picks. This page is count-delta ÷ units counted.
- What FS bin-drift % should I invent?
- None. Pull cycle-count variance units and units counted from the same Fullstack count cut.
