NutraScience tumble scrap is not Vitaquest friability fail
Divide tumble scrap by NutraScience batches in one friability cut. That ratio is tumble %.
Pair: Friability-fail rate on Stock. Vitaquest twin: friability-fail. Coat twin: coating reject.
What you type
Friability fails — Batches that failed the NutraScience tumble / friability method in the cut.
Batches — Batches tested on that same NutraScience friability cut.
Tumble % = tumble scrap ÷ batches × 100. Fat tumble % usually means press force or coating brittle — chase that press; never invent a tumble chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing tumble %. Skip dumping a Vitaquest or Eagle Labs CSV into NutraScience fields. Skip treating coating scrap as tumble scrap. Skip blending SKUs when one lot owns the skew.
