Winback attach is not swap attach
A winback offer can show more than it attaches. Attach % = attaches ÷ offers × 100. Type offers and attaches.
Pair: Winback attach on Subscriptions. Swap: swap attach rate. Reactivation: reactivation win rate.
What you type
Winback offers — cancelled / lapsed subs shown a winback offer in the window.
Attaches — of that offer set, how many took it (resubscribed / accepted).
Attach % = attaches ÷ offers × 100. Fix offer or timing when attach % is thin — do not invent an attach chip.
What not to do
Do not invent attach %. Do not mix live swap offers into winback. Do not treat email opens as attaches. Do not average every campaign when one owns the hole.
