Putaway lag is not receiving SLA
Putaway lag hours keep inbound units off sellable bins. Stuck units = inbound units still waiting putaway. Unit-hours = lag hours × inbound units. Type both.
Pair: Inbound putaway lag on Stock. Receive clock: inbound receiving SLA. Dock pool: receiving is not sellable.
What you type
Lag hours — average hours from receive-complete to bin putaway (typed from WMS / 3PL).
Inbound units — units received but not yet put away in the window.
Stuck units = inbound units. Unit-hours = lag hours × inbound units. Staff putaway or cut ads when unit-hours are fat — do not invent a stuck chip.
What not to do
Do not invent stuck units. Do not treat dock arrival as putaway-complete. Do not fold late-receive SLA into putaway lag without splitting. Do not average every warehouse when one owns the hole.

FAQ
- Is this inbound receiving SLA?
- Sibling dock clock. [Inbound receiving SLA](/manuals/shipbob-inbound-receiving-sla) is units past the written receive clock. This page is lag hours after receive before putaway into sellable bins.
- Is this receiving not sellable?
- Related pool split. [Receiving is not sellable](/manuals/receiving-not-sellable) separates dock vs sellable. This page prices putaway lag hours × units still waiting bins.
- What stuck count should I invent?
- None. Type lag hours and inbound units waiting putaway from the 3PL putaway / WMS export.
