ShipBob pack-complete to ship is not Fullstack pack bay
Open a ShipBob FC pack export. Find the day the carton left to the carrier. Subtract the day pack finished. Pin orders beside that span so volume stays honest. The span is SB pack-to-ship lag days.
Pair: Pack-to-ship lag on Stock. Fullstack twin: FS pack-to-ship. Staging twin: SB staging-dwell.
FC pack export columns
Pack-complete day — Calendar day ShipBob marked pack finished on the FC pack export.
Carrier ship day — Calendar day ShipBob handed the carton to the carrier on that same export.
Orders — ShipBob order count on that pack-complete → carrier-ship slice.
SB pack-to-ship lag days = carrier ship day − pack-complete day. Stretching SB pack-to-ship lag days means the ShipBob pack→carrier queue is backing up — clear that queue before you pace inbound. Blank chips stay blank.
What not to do
Skip inventing SB pack-to-ship lag days. Skip loading Fullstack pack-bay CSVs into ShipBob boxes. Skip treating stage-enter / handoff stamps as pack-complete / carrier ship. Skip folding pick-hour clocks into day spans. Skip blending FCs when one ShipBob building owns the pack export.
