ShipMonk pack-complete to wave-release is not ShipBob pack bay
Grab a ShipMonk wave-release pack export. Note the wave-release ship stamp. Subtract the pack-complete stamp. Keep orders next to that span. The span is MK pack-to-ship lag days.
Pair: Pack-to-ship lag on Stock. ShipBob twin: SB pack-to-ship. Staging twin: MK staging-dwell.
Wave-release stamps
Pack-complete day — Day ShipMonk closed pack on the wave-release pack export.
Wave-release ship day — Day ShipMonk released that wave to the carrier on the same export.
Orders — Order count on that pack-complete → wave-release slice.
MK pack-to-ship lag days = wave-release ship day − pack-complete day. A stretched MK pack-to-ship lag days means clear the ShipMonk pack→wave queue before you pace inbound — blank chips stay blank.
Refuse these shortcuts
Refuse inventing MK pack-to-ship lag days. Refuse ShipBob FC pack CSVs in ShipMonk boxes. Refuse treating stage-in / stage-out as pack-complete / wave-release. Refuse folding pick-hour clocks into day spans. Refuse blending warehouses when one ShipMonk building owns the export.
