Trial convert is not net keep
Converts are not kept. Net keep = converts − refunds. Net keep % = net keep ÷ trials. Type trials, converts, and refunds.
Pair: Trial convert vs refund on Subscriptions. Rebill cash: trial to rebill. Credit then dispute: refund then CB.
What you type
Trials — trial starts in the cohort window.
Converts — paid converts from those trials (same window / network export).
Refunds — refunds on those converts inside the keep / refund window (not later CBs unless you typed them as refunds).
Net keep = converts − refunds. Net keep % = net keep ÷ trials. Convert % = converts ÷ trials. Bid or kill the offer on net keep — do not invent a convert chip.
What not to do
Do not invent a convert percent. Do not count converts without subtracting refunds. Do not mix rebill cash into the refund field. Do not treat network “approve” as kept cash.
Related: Subscriptions, trial to rebill, refund then CB, cancel-save EV.

FAQ
- Is this trial to rebill cash?
- Related path. [Trial to rebill](/manuals/trial-to-rebill) prices first rebill cash. This page is convert minus refund keep % on the trial window.
- Is this refund then chargeback?
- Related overlap. [Refund then CB](/manuals/refund-then-cb) is credit then dispute. This page stops at refunds inside the trial keep window.
- What convert percent should I invent?
- None. Type converts and refunds from the network / CRM export for that cohort.
