ShipBob FC ship-clock miss is not ShipMonk late-ship
Divide FC clock misses by shipments in one ShipBob FC cut. That ratio is SB FC-miss %.
Pair: On-time ship miss on Stock. ShipMonk twin: late-ship. Rate twin: rate-shop miss.
What you type
Late shipments — ShipBob shipments that missed the FC promised ship clock in the cut.
Shipments — Shipments in that same ShipBob FC cut.
SB FC-miss % = late shipments ÷ shipments × 100. Fat SB FC-miss % usually means pick / pack / carrier SLA at that FC — chase that station; never invent an SB FC-miss chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing SB FC-miss %. Skip dumping a ShipMonk late-ship or Fullstack order-miss file into ShipBob FC fields. Skip folding rate-shop miss or pick-to-ship lag hours into FC clock misses. Skip blending nodes when one FC owns the late pile.
