ShipBob FC wave cut to wave clear is not Fullstack wave board
Open a ShipBob FC wave export. Find the day the wave cleared outbound. Subtract the day the wave was cut. Pin orders beside that span so volume stays honest. The span is SB wave-release lag days.
Pair: Wave-release lag on Stock. Fullstack twin: FS wave-release. Pack twin: SB pack-to-ship.
FC wave stamps
Wave day — Calendar day ShipBob cut / released the pick wave on the FC export.
Clear day — Calendar day that wave cleared outbound on the same export.
Orders — ShipBob orders on that wave-cut → clear slice.
SB wave-release lag days = clear day − wave day. Stretching SB wave-release lag days means the ShipBob wave queue is backing up — clear that queue before you pace ads. Blank chips stay blank.
What not to do
Skip inventing SB wave-release lag days. Skip loading Fullstack wave-board CSVs into ShipBob boxes. Skip treating pack-to-ship or staging-dwell stamps as wave/clear. Skip blending FCs when one ShipBob building owns the wave export.
