ShipMonk wave cut to wave clear is not ShipBob FC wave export
Score wave dwell on a ShipMonk warehouse wave board. Mark the calendar day the pick wave was cut. Mark the calendar day that same wave left the building. Keep orders next to the span so volume is visible. Subtract cut from clear — that is MK wave-release lag days.
Pair: Wave-release lag on Stock. ShipBob twin: SB wave-release. Pack twin: MK pack-to-ship.
Warehouse board fields
Wave day — Day ShipMonk released the pick wave on the warehouse board.
Clear day — Day that wave finished outbound on the same board.
Orders — ShipMonk order count riding that cut→clear slice.
MK wave-release lag days = clear day − wave day. A fat MK wave-release lag days means the ShipMonk pick-wave queue is clogging outbound — drain that board before you pace inbound. Blank chips stay blank.
Refuse these shortcuts
Refuse inventing MK wave-release lag days. Refuse pasting ShipBob FC wave CSVs into ShipMonk boxes. Refuse treating pack-complete / wave-release-ship stamps as wave/clear. Refuse folding stage-in / stage-out dwell into the wave board. Refuse blending buildings when one ShipMonk warehouse owns the board.
